Benefits of Membership

Networking

Meet other Delphi programmers from hobbyists right up to industry leaders. Our meetings, symposium and forum provide the chance to make new friends and discover you are not alone!

Answers

Ever had that stupid problem that has you stuck? Our forum is a great place to turn to help, or come along to a meeting and have the group brainstorm it for you.

Free stuff

Members are eligible for symposium prizes. We can almost guarantee that a prize will far exceed the cost of membership. In fact, some prizes are worth 20 years of membership!!!

What we offer

Monthly meetings

We run a monthly meeting in most capital cities. With most meetings streaming online, you can actually join multiple meetings each month.

Meetings typically have one or two presentations and a general discussion. They are a great opportunity to learn new things and to ask questions.

Symposium

Every year (plus or minus a year for pandemics and disorganisation) we run a full day symposium. They typically have 4 or 5 presenters, and we try to get one “big name” international presenter.

They are usually run in two cities – Melbourne plus another capital.

Symposium also has the most amazing prize pool at the end. In recent years we have been able to secure more prizes than attendees. Guaranteed winners!!!

Forum

The ADUG forum (previously a mailing list) is a great place to look for answers or to raise a question.

Since members are mostly in Australia, you are much more likely to get a quick answer.

There are other groups on Facebook etc, and we decided that we didn’t have to duplicate what is already there.
