The highlight of the Australian Delphi calendar, the ADUG Autumn Symposium 2012 will be held on March 22nd in Melbourne and March 23rd in Canberra. That’s southern hemisphere Autumn in case you were puzzled by those dates 😉
Bruno Fierens of TMS Software will be speaking on writing custom FireMonkey components.
Malcolm Groves of Embarcadero Australia is presenting an intriguing session titled “Building Distributed Systems That Don’t Suck”.
Long time ADUG contributor, Glenn Stephens of Orchard eBusiness will continue the distributed systems theme by explaining how to implement and consume RESTful web services.
And lastly Bruno Fierens of TMS Software will demonstrate using IntraWeb to write applications for mobile devices both with and without the TMS Intraweb iPhone controls pack.
Registrations are now open through the ADUG website. Members be sure to login using your ADUG credentials and then select Member Events to access your discounted rates.
Non-members are also very welcome at the Symposium and during the non-member registration process you also have the option of joining ADUG at no extra charge. That’s right, we give you the option of joining ADUG for free when you register for the Symposium. Normally it costs $50 to join ADUG so that’s a pretty good deal. Have a look here for reasons on why you would want to join ADUG.
Great agenda!
Greeting to every ADUG member I met last year!
