Case Study: Happy CHAP thanks to ECOIII – Mathias Burbach

The Centre for Health Assets Australasia (CHAA) has been given the task to organise a survey to capture & analyze financial spendings in the health building sector on behalf of the federal government and the state governments of Australia & New Zealand. The project was called Capital Health Asset Project (CHAP) and Maranatha Consulting was approached to provide IT consulting services for the project. The case study will focus on the technical side of the project and how Delphi 2006 & ECO helped to make it a much easier task for CHAA to analyse the data entered by the different jurisdictions.
