Easy GUI development with ActionBands – Sean Durkin
ActionBands are an under-utilised suite of components in the Borland VCL which can give you a lot of functionality quickly to desktop applications. Think of them as super-charged TActionLists. In this presentation, I will explain:
1. What are the ActionBand components;
2. Demonstrate usage and features;
3. high level design
4. Summarise the merits
5. Summarise the limitations and weaknesses;
6. Demonstrate my own Unicode version of Action bands.
