Geoffrey Smith, Tony Bryer and John McDonald spoke on Debugging and Improving Code Quality.
John spoke on Pascal Analyser.
Tony discussed code quality, referring to Steve McConnell’s “Code Complete”. He then spoke on MadExcept and Pascal Expert.
Geoff described how he uses WebHooks in Bitbucket to monitor check-ins, and automate some checking of code changes. He described how DelphiCodeCoverage can be used to see how much of your code is being tested by unit tests. He then spoke on EurekaLog and FixInsight.
The meeting was held at the Melbourne Men’s Shed, situated in the Federation Square Car Park building, off Russell St Extension.
