Brian Watson will show the code he uses read XML data related to his application and to format and display the data. He uses Virtual Tree View to show the structure of the data. He will give an overview of his experience with Virtual Tree View.
Then John McDonald and Brian will discuss the results of John’s code review. The discussion will cover finding and avoiding memory leaks, generic lists, and some suggestions for writing safer code.
John will also do a short presentation on some Delphi miscellany, including a useful technique for validating user input, and using pointers in Delphi

Take the car park lift at the end of Russell St.

We now only provide tea, coffee and biscuits at the break.
